Prof. Awoyale, PhD, SAN is the Principal Counsel. He started his legal career with Henrie Ituen & Associates, No 22 Chamley Street Calabar a seasoned Law Firm in Calabar Cross River State as an Associate. Thereafter he joined Longterm Global Capital Limited No 2 Idanre Close, Osborne Foreshore Estate Ikoyi, Lagos, as Group Company Secretary/Legal Adviser and resigned voluntarily to set up Doyin Awoyale & Co and now Doyin Awoyale SAN & Co.
He attended University of Ilorin and thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. Later he proceeded to University of Ibadan where he barged a Masters Degree in Law. He also barged a Doctorate Degree in Law (PhD) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.
As part of his contribution to the development of legal practice in Nigeria, he oversees the publication of a dynamic law report which provides lawyers access to accurate report of the decisions of the appellate courts in Nigeria, Modern Weekly Law Reports (MWLR) as the Editor-in-Chief.
Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK as well as the Lagos Court of Arbitration.
Prof. Olufemi Abifarin.

Prof, Abifarin was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988. He attended University of Lagos for Bachelor Degree in Law LL.B. Thereafter, he attended Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife for Master Degree LL.M and subsequently University of Jos for Doctorate Degree in Law Ph.D. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK as well as the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is the Consultant to the firm.
